Cancellations Policy

Due to my busy timetable and limited working hours, I am finding it difficult to rearrange lessons for students who cancel close to their lesson times.  I have therefore drawn up this cancellations policy, which all students are expected to abide by.

Students will pay in advance for one calendar month of lessons. You will be invoiced in the last week of the preceding month and payment should be made by the last day of that month. If payment is not made by the end of the month, lessons will be suspended until the invoice is settled, and you may lose your lesson slot.

48 hours’ notice will be required for any cancellations. Your lesson credits will carry over and I will make every effort to schedule a catch-up lesson, if you would like one.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or do not contact me at all, I will charge the full lesson fee. Any refunds or rebookings are entirely at my discretion..

You may pay for lessons individually if you are on a low income or are an infrequent attendee.
Cancellation rules are the same and you will still be expected to pay for missed lessons as above. I will notify you of any sum owing. Payment should be made within 5 days of the missed lesson or future lessons will be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

You can pay by bank transfer or cheque or cash. Please contact me if you require bank details. Cheques should be made payable to Andy Miller.

I hope you understand my reasons for this policy. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask.
