Live Performances

I have many years experience of playing live. From art school bands and open mic nights, I have graduated to a more laid back acoustic instrumental sound. I played live on a BBC Radio 2 session backing Vashti Bunyan ( that’s me behind Stuart Maconie! ) and most recently helped some friends out as part of a vaudeville night at the Ark, at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe

Glasgow

I can be seen regularly at Tchai Ovna, the eclectic teashop in Glasgow’s West End. I have a  residency there on the second Tuesday of every month, from about 8.30pm to 10pm. Admission free ( £2 suggested donation )

It’s a laid back evening with a mix of instrumental Middle Eastern music, Bluegrass and other music. I like to use it to try out new material.

Edinburgh

I am still looking for an Edinburgh venue to play in. Please contact me if you know of a suitable place that would benefit from my particular blend of styles.
